Dimension

• Start & End are parsed from Qlik Date, Unix or iso dates.
• all Day events are displayed without time (true or -1)

Views

• Views can be changed on click on the title bar or a calendar date.
• Certain views can be disabled (not accessible via clicks on the calendar).
• Maximum view is the default.
• Binding the view to a variable allows it to change via other buttons and input elements
