License

The Data+ Suite license allows all licensed users to write data with the Data+ extensions. Non licensed users are still able to view the data though.
Your can add or remove licenses in the Users overview.

Online license

The Data+ Server will automatically load your license. This option does not require a permanent connection to the license server, it will simply ease the process of updating/renewing the license.

Automatic license assignment

User licenses can be assigned automatically. Options include:

• Everyone As long as there are free licenses, a connecting user will have one assigned
• Custom property (Only for Qlik onPrem) Licenses will be assigned if the user has the custom property ‘Leitart_DataPlus’
• Group Licenses will be assigned if the user has the AD/Azure group, based on the Qlik data.
• Password Unlicensed users will be asked for a password to assign a license

Further options:

• Automatically remove users The server will check every 15 minutes the user data and remove any licensed user that no longer has the custom property/group
• Automatically remove inactive users If a user license would be assigned but there are no more free licenses left, the server will check the current licensed users and remove an inactive one (no data saving for at least 14 days)
