Data

Block data

  • Display Name - The name of the block. This name will be displayed in the block.
  • Display image - The image to be displayed in the block.
  • Start - The start of the Block (datetime).
  • End or Duration - The end or duration of the block dependent on the selected mode.
  • Resource - The resource the block is assigned to. If the resource is not available in the resource list, it will be added automatically. Resource can be configured in the Resource data.
  • Group - The group of the block. Can be used to color the block, select the group and display in the block menu.
  • Block Color
    • ID (Hash) - color the block depending on a hash of the id.
    • ID (Color list) - color the block depending on a color list where ids are assigned a color.
    • Name (Hash) - color the block depending on a hash of the name.
    • Group (Hash) - color the block depending on a hash of the group.
    • Group (Color list) - color the block depending on a color list where groups are assigned a color.
    • Custom - provide a color for every block.
  • Automatic Text Color - the text color of the block can be set automatically or manually for each block.

Resource data

  • Resource ID - The id for each Resource.
  • Resource Name - The displayed name for each Resource.
  • Row count - how many rows are maximum available for each resource.
  • Resource Image - an Image showed in the resource list.
  • Show minimum rows of row count - always show the number of rows configured in row count. If not checked, the number of rows will be reduced if there are not enough blocks to fill the row count.
  • Always show 1 resource row - Show always at least one row of resources. If not checked, the resource row will be hidden if there are no blocks assigned to the resource.
  • Mark rows that are missing a count in resource data - if a resource is added by a block without a configured resource it will be marked red.

Data Input

  • Input disabled - Disable the input of the Timeline (-1 or true);
  • Back Button Mode
    • Disabled - The back button is disabled.
    • Default - Clear the undo collection after saving.
    • Keep All - Keep all actions.
  • Manual saving disabled - disable the saving button.
  • Edit mode of block length - if duration or end date is saved to the Data+ server.
  • Allow Resizing - if blocks can be resized (= duration be changed).
  • Docking Interval -
  • Resource column, Start column, End column/Duration column, Comment Column - The columns of the table on the Data+ server the data is loaded from and saved to.
  • Docking Interval - which Date the blocks are docked to when resizing or dragging.
  • Comment - if commenting on a block is allowed.

Free Block Container

If a block should be displayed in an extra container if it has no assined time or resource. It can then be dragged on the timeline to assign a time and resource.
