Form

You can create a Form containing multiple Questions using this step. You can skip this Step if the skippable option is set.

The following FormElements are available:

• Header - no input only displaye Header
• Paragraph - no input only displayed text
• Date Field
• CheckBox Group
• Radio Group
• Select Box
• Input field
  • Text Field
  • Text Area
  • Numer - only allow numbers

Almost every FormElement has the option to be required. A red star will be added and you can't submit until you fill in all required fields. The Inline options in Radio & Checkbox groups this input horizontally in one row.

The Form Creator allows the Movement of FormElements by clicking the options button. You can change the Size of all FormElements in the Design Tab. Also the Submit Button can be changed in the Design Tab.
