Qlik Connection

The Data+ Server supports On Premise installations and the Saas variant of Qlik:

On Premise

Set the URL of your Qlik Sense Server (e.g.: https://qlikSenseServer.company.local). The Data+ Server will connect to it using the local certificates.

Qlik server certificates

The default setting is set to the default Qlik installation folder containing the certificates. If you install the Data+ Server on a different machine, the required certificates of your Qlik Installation are:

  • client_key.pem
  • client.pem
  • root.pem

SaaS

Set the tenant URL of your Qlik Sense Cloud (e.g.: https://company.eu.qlikcloud.com). The Data+ Server will connect to it using an API key. A tutorial on how to create these can be found hereopen in new window.
The following actions will be done with the API key:

  • Create a Content Security Policy for the Data+ Server
  • Install/Update extensions
  • Load users and groups
  • Start App reloads (The API key user requires access for the space of the app as well)
